Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
